Empowerment Communication in the Corporate Social Responsibility Program in Rural Areas

Empowerment communication in the Corporate Social Responsibility program rural areas is important for designing and implementing community empowerment with support of its program. The research uses a case study method data collection through in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), documentation, participant observation. selection informants purposive sampling, namely village government, members administrators Farmer Women's (FWG), facilitators extension workers CSR programs, activists, activists. location sub-District Maos, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Data analysis using triangulation verification. results show (1) Community requires participation from various parties such as woman farmers group, main actors, government policies budgets, then private sector or companies their programs. (2) Participatory key to success (3) Facilitators, workers, heads carry out harmonious dialogical that needs be maintained cooperation maintain cohesiveness
